Find your next solitaire favorite in three questions
A way into a large collection without learning everything at once.
What counts as a win?
Read the objective first. Some games build foundations; others use different clearing or matching goals. Familiar-looking cards do not guarantee familiar rules.
What may I move?
Check whether you move one card or a sequence, and whether building follows suit, color, or rank. Look for rules about empty spaces.
What happens when I run out of moves?
Check the stock, redeals, and any special actions in that game’s rules. Do not assume every variant allows another pass through the deck.
Try one small lesson
Search a title or browse a collection in Solitaire 1380, read its rules, then use a teaching mode. Give yourself a few understandable moves before judging the whole game.
Try it
Practice: compare Klondike with Baker’s Dozen. Explain their different empty-column rules before starting a deal.
These notes introduce the named game or feature. Check the rules and settings of the exact variant you select in the app.
