Use Restore Purchases in the app if you previously purchased Unlock All Games with the same Apple Account. The unlock is a permanent non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.

Include the game name, deal seed if visible, device model, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when a card or destination behaves unexpectedly.
