PropertyOps Inspector Privacy Policy

Information You Enter

The app can store property, unit, tenant, vendor, inspection, ticket, report, and photo evidence records on your device. This information is used to provide inspection, report, export, and maintenance-ticket features.

Photos and Camera

PropertyOps uses the camera and photo library only when you choose to add inspection evidence. Evidence photos are stored locally in app-controlled storage and remain under your control until you export, share, or delete them.

Analytics

The app records privacy-safe product interaction analytics, such as screen visits, button taps, product availability, workflow counts, and recoverable error types. Analytics payloads are scrubbed to avoid tenant names, vendor names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, notes, captions, report text, and image data.

Purchases

Paid tiers use Apple StoreKit. Purchase and subscription handling is provided by Apple. PropertyOps uses verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock paid limits and does not send purchase history to CodeFarmer analytics.

Export and Deletion

The Privacy Center includes controls to prepare a workspace export and delete local workspace data. Local deletion removes workspace JSON, evidence files, and local analytics events on the device. Shared exports are controlled by you after sharing.

What PropertyOps Does Not Do

• It does not sell personal information.
• It does not use data for third-party advertising tracking.
• It does not make legal, code-compliance, deposit, repair-pricing, or vendor-dispatch determinations.
