ClientFlow Privacy Policy

ClientFlow Command Center is designed for local-first client meeting workflows. Meeting audio, transcripts, client notes, generated drafts, client packets, and export history are stored locally by default.

AI and transcription

Reliable AI output requires Apple Foundation Models on supported Apple Intelligence devices. The app may use local deterministic parsing as fallback behavior. ClientFlow does not send meeting content to cloud AI by default.

Permissions

• Microphone is used only when you start recording.
• Speech Recognition is used to create an editable transcript.
• Calendar and Reminders are written only after you explicitly choose those actions.
• Sharing uses the system share sheet after you review the selected files.

Analytics

Product analytics are opt-in. Analytics do not include meeting audio, transcripts, proposal text, invoice text, or recordings.
