ClaimVault Home is a local-first home inventory and documentation app from CodeFarmer. The app is designed to help you organize rooms, items, photos, receipts, warranties, manuals, serial-label images, disaster documentation records, and export packets. ClaimVault Home does not provide insurance, legal, coverage, reimbursement, or claim-strategy advice.
Your inventory, rooms, item details, notes, evidence records, attachments, exports, and local vault settings are stored on your device in the app container. Attachments can include photos, PDFs, documents, and imported files that you choose to add. You can export or delete local app data from the in-app privacy and vault controls.
ClaimVault Home asks for analytics consent during setup and provides an opt-out in the app. If you consent, the app may record limited product interaction events such as app launch, screen opened, button tapped, capture started, packet generated, export prepared, purchase started, purchase completed, restore completed, and recoverable error type.
Analytics payloads are designed to exclude sensitive user content. Item names, room names, addresses, serial numbers, receipt text, notes, photos, documents, filenames, phone numbers, email addresses, tokens, passwords, and other private content are redacted or not sent. Analytics records may include an anonymous app-scoped identifier, device type, device model, operating system version, app bundle identifier, event name, timestamp, and redacted event properties. Local analytics history can be deleted from the app.
If analytics consent is enabled, ClaimVault Home may forward redacted product interaction analytics through the CodeFarmer analytics package. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app may show CodeFarmer app catalog links for cross-promotion. Those links open Apple or CodeFarmer destinations outside ClaimVault Home.
ClaimVault Home creates export files only when you ask it to prepare or share an export. You control where exported PDFs, CSV files, JSON backups, ZIP evidence bundles, or individual attachments are shared after the Apple share sheet opens.
ClaimVault Home is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to store information about children unless you are responsible for that data and understand where you choose to export or share it.
CodeFarmer may update this policy as ClaimVault Home changes. The latest version should be available at this URL and inside the app.
