It helps contractors capture job details, build estimates, prepare proposal packets, export PDFs, communicate with customers, collect approvals, track payments, and connect business services. Information We Collect or Process FieldQuote may collect or process the following information when you use the app: - Contractor account and contact information, such as name and email address. - Customer contact information, such as customer name, email address, phone number, and service address. - Job and quote information, including notes, measurements, line items, pricing, payment terms, photos, documents, proposal PDFs, approval status, signatures, and delivery history. - Purchase and entitlement information from Apple StoreKit, such as product ID, subscription status, and transaction identifiers. - Provider workflow information when you choose to use connected services such as Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, QuickBooks, Apple iCloud/CloudKit, or Apple StoreKit. - Product interaction and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app. FieldQuote does not sell your personal information. FieldQuote does not use your data for third-party advertising tracking. How We Use Information We use information to: - Create, save, and manage estimates, proposals, packets, approvals, and invoices. - Generate proposal PDFs and other job documents. - Help you communicate with customers by email or SMS when you choose to use those features. - Create Stripe checkout or payment-link workflows when enabled. - Connect to QuickBooks/Intuit when you choose to connect your account. - Manage StoreKit purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements. - Store signed proposal archive information when CloudKit/iCloud archive features are enabled. - Provide support, handle deletion requests, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and maintain service reliability. Service Providers FieldQuote may share limited workflow data with service providers only as needed to operate features you choose to use: - Apple StoreKit for purchases and subscriptions. - Apple CloudKit/iCloud for user-controlled archive or sync features. - Stripe for checkout and payment status. - Twilio for SMS delivery. - SendGrid for email delivery. - QuickBooks/Intuit for account connection. - AWS for backend authentication, secure storage, and provider workflow processing. AI Features FieldQuote includes an AI Quote Coach designed to help contractors identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, margin issues, field questions, and clearer proposal language. When supported by the device, some assistance may use Apple on-device capabilities. On devices without supported on-device AI, FieldQuote uses private local guidance and fallback rules. Contractors review and approve suggestions before they change quote or proposal content. FieldQuote does not use your customer data to train third-party advertising models. Demo Mode Demo Mode uses sample data and simulated workflows. Demo exports are watermarked and should not be used as real customer documents. Data Retention and Deletion FieldQuote keeps information as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, support audit history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate provider integrations.
