Code Farmer App Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Code Farmer apps handle information. The exact features and data practices vary by app; an app's App Store privacy label provides the most specific summary for that product.
Information an app may process
- App activity and diagnostics: launches, feature interactions, gameplay or progress events, crash information, performance information, and technical diagnostics used for functionality, reliability, analytics, and product improvement.
- Account identifiers: an Apple CloudKit record identifier, Game Center identity, in-app chat name, or similar account-level identifier when a feature requires it.
- User content: messages, report notes, and photos or videos you explicitly choose to submit through optional Chat, support, attachment, or sharing features.
- Purchases: product identifiers and entitlement status supplied by Apple's App Store for completing and restoring purchases. Code Farmer does not receive your payment-card details.
- Advertising information: in apps that display ads, Google Mobile Ads may process a device identifier, IP-derived approximate location, product interactions, ads viewed, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics to deliver, secure, and measure advertising.
Threadbreaker advertising
Threadbreaker provides a 72-hour ad-free welcome. Afterward, free players may see a frequency-capped interstitial only at a natural run boundary or may voluntarily watch a rewarded video. Threadbreaker has no banner or app-open ads and does not place ads during combat, Retry, teaching, results decisions, or Loom Theater. Purchasing Ad-Free or Full Loom stops future ad requests.
Threadbreaker uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Consent and privacy choices are presented where required. Google may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, advertising data, product interactions, crash data, diagnostics, and performance data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability. Threadbreaker disables Google's publisher first-party identifier and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
CloudKit, Chat, analytics, and third parties
Some Code Farmer apps use Apple CloudKit to synchronize data or provide invite-based Chat. Chat messages and attachments are stored in a shared CloudKit database and are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send sensitive information through Chat. Chat includes reporting, blocking, filtering, and support tools.
Apps may use Code Farmer's privacy-minimized analytics service to record product and gameplay events. Analytics is not intended to include names, email addresses, message contents, replay input streams, raw receipts, or advertising identifiers. Services may also be provided by Apple (App Store, StoreKit, CloudKit, Game Center and push notifications) and Google (advertising and consent). Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, preserve progress and entitlements, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate reported content, diagnose failures, measure and improve the product, respond to support requests, and deliver or measure advertising where disclosed. We do not sell personal information or use Chat content for advertising.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the feature, legal obligations, security, support, or service operation. Local app data can generally be removed by deleting the app. Cloud data, reports, or support records may persist where needed for synchronization, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. No system is perfectly secure, but we use Apple platform protections, access controls, and data minimization appropriate to these services.
Where available, use an app's Settings screen to change advertising privacy choices, disable optional features, restore purchases, block Chat users, or contact support. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by emailing us. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record.
Children
Code Farmer apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children except as permitted for the app's stated audience and platform requirements. If you believe a child supplied personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when an app, provider, or legal requirement changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here and in applicable App Store privacy disclosures.
